Each summer, the Rutgers College Programs Office plans a diverse array of social, cultural, educational, and recreational events for Summer Session students, faculty, and staff. Programs are scheduled during the noon hour, afternoons and evenings throughout each week of the Summer Session. In addition to weekly films, there are numerous coffeehouses, novelty acts, and special events that take place in both the Busch Campus Center and the Rutgers Student Center.

Online applications are available now for the position of Summer Sessions Intern. A description of the position can be found online as well. When submitting your application, please accompany it with a filled out schedule of your classes and other requirements with this form.

This past summer was a blast for Rutgers and the events put on by the programs office. Some of the summer session's highlights include:

A Live Calypso Band
Iced Coffeehouse Series
Making Tye-Dye Shirts
A Trip to trip to Little Shop of Horrors
A Blood Drive
Horseshoe Tournament
Outdoor Movie- Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho
A Trip to Great Adventure
Free Massages

These events and many more made for an excellent summer. Check back later in the year to see what we'll be up to next summer.
